Offcall is seeking a founding product designer to build our new digital health company aiming to uplift, empower, and improve the wellbeing of doctors in the U.S.

Our mission is to dramatically reduce burnout by improving the wellbeing of doctors. We will do this by providing a set of functional tools, alongside engaging content and a community network.

Our leadership team has spent a combined 25+ years working in healthcare, and our expertise spans healthcare, business, media, and product. We are based in San Francisco. Everyone on the founding team is passionate about building tools to help doctors deliver the best care to their patients.

As founding product designer, you will work directly with the founders and our engineering team to build our product from the ground up. We are seeking an experienced design leader who is passionate about improving the practice of medicine and designing products that reach the 1 million doctors, and eventually the 19 million healthcare professionals, in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Help establish our creative and design vision and design our product from the ground up
• Craft and maintain a cohesive and impactful brand presence
• Apply cutting-edge design trends and technologies
• Understand user needs through research and design
• Work collaboratively to translate our business goals into compelling and integrated design solutions

What We're Seeking

• A strong, diverse portfolio with expertise in digital, UX/UI, and graphic design
• 5+ years of product design experience (experience working in healthcare or with consumer technology companies a plus)
• Ability to both operate independently as well as be a team player
• Ability to move quickly while designing incredible products
