Founding Product Manager

Offcall is seeking a Founding Product Manager to build a new digital health company designed to uplift, empower, and improve the wellbeing of doctors in the U.S.

Our mission is to dramatically reduce burnout by improving the wellbeing of doctors. We will do this by providing a set of functional tools, alongside engaging content and a community network.

Our leadership team has spent a combined 25+ years working in healthcare, business, media, and product. We are based in San Francisco. We are currently in private beta and will be launching the company publicly soon. Everyone on the founding team is passionate about building tools to help doctors deliver the best care to their patients.

As Founding Product Manager, you will work directly with the founders and be responsible for implementing processes and systems to build our product organization into a well-oiled machine. This opportunity is right for someone who is excited to take ownership of our product roadmap and deliver innovative products and services that improve our physicians' lives and drive a huge amount of growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage Offcall's product development process
  • Create processes across the team for product roadmapping, incremental delivery, OKRs, and goal-setting
  • Report to CEO and work cross-functionally with engineering leadership and across the entire business to manage and deliver new products
  • Conduct extensive user research and identify market opportunities that deliver value to Offcall's customers

What We're Seeking

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a technology company (experience working in healthcare or in consumer technology companies a plus)
  • Comfortability with data manipulation, SQL, and dashboarding
  • Ability to break down complex problems and map them intro actionable short-term, medium-term, and longer-term roadmaps
  • Ability to fly solo and help build and lead a team
  • Ability to iterate and move quickly based on user data in order to build incredible products
  • Founder mentality and taking full ownership of the products you manage
  • Early stage startup experience a plus
